Shipping

Orders placed before 14:00 hrs on weekdays are shipped within 1-2 days using PostNL. You can expect your order within 1 - 2 days. However, on holidays such as Black Friday and days leading up to Christmas, it can take somewhat longer. Once we ship your order, you'll receive a Track & Trace code to see the status of your package. If you have not received your package after 3 workdays, please contact us. 

Larger orders (multiple boxes, or packages higher than 180cm) are sent via pallets, which can take slightly longer.

Free shipping on all orders over €75,00 or €6,95 shipping cost for Netherlands + Belgium.

Outside of these countries, different shipping fees are calculated. Feel free to email us should you have a specific request or a larger order.

Orders over € 300 outside of the Netherlands and Belgium are shipped for FREE* 

*Please note that certain plants are not available for shipping due to their height and weight as well as delivery to certain locations. If you would like to make sure that we are able to deliver to you please contact us before placing your order. 

Returns

If for some reason you are not satisfied with your product, you are welcome to send it back to us within 14 days. The shipping cost of returns is at the customer’s expense.

Once we receive your return in good condition, the refund will be actioned. We only accept returns in original condition and packaging (original box and where there is a protective cover). The product must be resalable.
